Shipping and Payment Information

Shipment Terms

  • The recipient is solely responsible for the carton count on shipments; any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt and a claim must be filed with the carrier.

  • If Electronic Datacomm Corp made a shipping error, it must be reported within five days (5) of receipt.

  • Claims made post-delivery will not be honored.

  • All original cartons and packaging must be kept with the damaged product for carrier inspection.

  • Any third party that collect shipments are the sole responsibility of the Customer. This includes carrier fees, shipping damage, refusals, loss, or theft.

  • When you order products from us, the order is processed within one to two business days.  Orders received during non-business days are processed on the next business day.

  • You have several shipping options for parcel shipping: standard ground 5 to 7 business days, 2 to 3 business days, or next business day.  

  • Merchandise's ownership transfers at the moment it is pick up from our warehouse by the company you contracted with for this service.

  • Shipping terms are ExWorks Miami.

  • If you need delivery service to your carrier, the cost is $40 per pallet. 

Shipping Costs

The price of shipping is determined by the shipping method selected, the order's total weight and the distance between the shipping address and our shipping center. The shipping charge will be calculated during the checkout process before completing the order. Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping option you select, and is prepaid by you at the time of shipment.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available for items currently in stock. All pick-up orders placed online will be held for a period of 15 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation notice.

If the material has not been picked up within the specified time frame, a credit will be issued back to the original form of payment less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is two to four business days, second day is two to three business days and next day is one to two business days. Orders placed by 2 p.m. Central Time will ship the same day.

Holiday Schedule

Electronic Datacomm Corp observes the following Holiday schedule:

  • New Year's Day

  • New Year's Eve

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

If your order is placed on these dates, your order will be shipped on the following business day.

Tax Calculations:

Electronic Datacomm Corp is required to charge sales and tax according to federal and state guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.

Taxes displayed at the time of order placement are only an estimate. Final calculation of applicable taxes will be performed when the order ships and your credit card is charged.

If your business have a Tax Exemption Certificate, you will need to email a copy to sales@electronicdatacomm.com. If you purchase any products while your request it's been processed any sales tax paid will be refund to you after approval.  

Payment Methods:

Account users can purchase with a credit card. We accept credit card, debit card and prepaid cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover (United States only). All credit card transactions contain $1.00 credit card "pre-authorization only" for credit card validation which expires at varying times based on the type of card used and the issuing bank. You can also contact us at (305) 599-1912 or sales@electronicdatacomm.com to request an authorization form to process your credit card.

We also allow payments a using PayPal account.

We accept wire transfers for our International Customers. To request Bank Account Information please use this link: Wire Transfers

Company Accounts may also have the option to Purchase on account, depending on existing contract terms.
