SALES ENGINEER:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Equivalent. A minimum of three (3) years of combined experience working Experience in assisting to grow our client base with a focus on Fortune 50-500 clients across the United States, Mexico, Central, and South America.

Provide pre-sales solution design and product demonstration to help business to close sales opportunities and achieve annual revenue goals. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.

Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Plan and modify products to meet customer needs. Experience and knowledge in Fiber optics and connectivity, industrial wiring, active equipment for industrial Ethernet, and cybersecurity software tools.

The candidate for the position must be fluent in Spanish and English and have knowledge of the markets of Mexico, Central America, and South America. Review and respond to all pre-sales design requirements from customers. Supports sales teams in generating new business and ensuring the growth of existing accounts.

Perform functions such as product positioning, evaluation, and definition of application requirements, and gaining the confidence of customer prospects. Interfaces with customers to determine technical requirements and expectations.

Designs data network solutions for customer applications, with alternatives based on customer-specific technical, environmental, and financial parameters. Knowledge of active equipment, industrial ethernet, and data networks, ideally knowledge of the Cyber ​​security portfolio.
